Fortis Mohali,batting first,posted 139 runs in 24.4 overs. Openers Kuldeep and Harman came up with good shows and gave the team a brisk start. However,Harman was in a belligerent mood as he hammered a quickfire 69 off just 54 balls,including four towering sixes and six boundaries. Gurinder Saini and Sandeep picked up two wickets each by giving away 17 and 31 runs,respectively. Chasing the target,HDFC Bank made 140 runs in 19 overs at the expense of three wickets. Gurinder Saini started whacking the ball from the onset and hit five boundaries and as many sixes during his entertaining knock of 56 runs. Vipan contributed an unbeaten 32 runs. In another match of the day,Dell outplayed Canara Bank by 67 runs. Dell won the toss and chose to bat first. They scored 132 runs in 20 overs. Chasing the modest total,Canara Bank could muster only 72 runs in 13.3 overs.
