  • To political journalists in the capital, Saxena has been one of the assistants who used to send SMSes to journalists informing about Amar Singh’s press conferences. In fact, he had sent his last SMS on July 20, before the special session of the Lok Sabha called for the trust vote.

Since the “cash-for-votes” scam surfaced in the Lok Sabha on July 22, his mobile phone has been “temporarily out of service”.

Saxena, who is seen delivering the cash to the BJP MPs, lived in house number 186 of Ramakrishna Apartments in East Delhi’s IP Extension.

In fact, four days after the trust vote, Saxena’s home was found locked when The Indian Express team went there. His neighbours said the Saxena family had not been spotted after the trust vote.
