  • Answering to queries about the Gurgaon incident, Dr Chandok said: “It is pretty clear that shooting wasn’t necessary. It was more about the so-called ‘image’ and ‘reputation’ of the officer and nothing else.”

    About various steps that an individual can take to control anger, Chandok mentioned corrective measures like right eating and sleeping habits, proper work and home environment, yoga and meditation. “If none of this works, the individual should immediately seek psychiatric aid,” he added.
