Seminar on change management held

A two-day seminar on "Challenges in Change Management" was organised by the "Sai Balaji Education Society's International Institute of Management Studies," at Hotel St. Laurn Suites at Hinjewadion from March 20-21.

A two-day seminar on “Challenges in Change Management” was organised by the “Sai Balaji Education Society’s International Institute of Management Studies,” at Hotel St. Laurn Suites at Hinjewadion from March 20-21.

The seminar was organised under the guidance of A.M. Kolah,director,Forbes Marshall,Anuj Agarwal,dy. general manager,HRM,Minda Industries,and P.P. Ahir,general Manager,Tata Motors.

All speakers,which included S. R. Chandak,Ex-VP (HR),Kalyani Forge, Girish Patil,manager (HR)Rinder (I),Brig. Thodge,Indian Army. H. Vinod,sr. manager(HR) Mahindra Engg, A. Anikhindi,Dy. G. M. Simmonds Marshall,H. Nandwani,VP(HR),Garware Wall Ropes Ltd,V. Bhosale,Sr. Mgr(HR),Spaco Technologies (I),offered their expert comments and opinions the topic.

At the end of the seminar some students also gave their views on how important this seminar was make them aware and incorporate and handle effectively all changes they face day -to- day life as well the corporate life.

The students were felicitated by Prof. Manish Mundada Founder President of “Sai Balaji Education Society”.

It was well organised and efficiently conducted by Prof. Vijay Nimbalkar who was aided by the students in this endeavour.
