    He added: “Anyone who comes forward should remember that thousands of lives have been affected and very strong sentiments are attached to the incident. It should not be a publicity stunt. If the court decides to appoint a lawyer, then we will take a stand accordingly, but the lawyer also has the choice to refuse to take up the case.”

    Why Humanity for InhumansBy: Raghunath | 16-Dec-2008 Reply | Forward It is regretting to note our lawyers, are so greedy that they stoop to that level to defend a terrorist who has killed Indians. The lawyer under the guise of legality and using the Indian Constitution is cleverly defending Kasab. If it is not for money, then what for? Does a terrorist, who has been a part of a contingent, deserve any mercy or human rights? Why does Mukesh Deshmukh crave for publicity? He does not deserve to be an Indian in the first place. Can anyone explain - if a person goes against the counrty he becomes anti-nationalist - then what about this lawyer? What should he be called? If at all you have any shame Mr. Mukund, please withdraw. We, Mumbaikars are already hurt. Dont stab us further.

Else they will be perceived by the public as Non State Actors.
