    In memoriam

    * V.P. Singh’s zealous leadership at a time when India was being consumed by the post-Babri demolition violence should be remembered. The manner in which he “formed” and “gave up” his government at the altar of principles is a lesson for our pseudo-secularists, communalists and all opportunists. As a matter of fact, Singh never capitulated before forces that he believed were jeopardising Indian secularism.

problem faced by indiaBy: c.sivasubramanian | 04-Dec-2008 Reply | Forward the only wayout to tackle terror and other problems lies inthe hands of elders like dr.kalam, kiranbedi, and other intellecturals along with journalists. they should form a board like rajya shabha forum i.e.real elders shabha and guide politicians and beauracrates. people may support this forum by contributing suggestions and money to act as a permanent shabha. it should be convened once in a month to discuss various issues facing the country and find a suitable and best guidance. retired army, police, educationalists.journalists, election commissioners and other intellectuals from various fields should joined till their life time to serve the nation.otherwise individual outburst on various forums and wirting articles will not solve problem facing our mother india. this is right time to work together and media should help them to unite and act decisively.let us hope we woke up early.
