South actor Siddharth will be seen in David Dhawans adaptation of the 1981 romantic comedy Chashme Buddoor. Confirms the actor,I am playing the part that was earlier essayed by actor Ravi Baswani in the original. Siddharth,who is currently shooting for a Telugu movie,revealed that the comedy will go on floors by the end of this year. Tanu Weds Manu director to make a serious love story After the success of Tanu Weds Manu,which was a romantic comedy,Aanand Rai is now all set to make a serious love story. He says,My next project will be a romantic film. Unlike Tanu Weds Manu,it wont be a comedy but will be a serious film. I am currently working on the script and it will be ready within a month. I am planning to rope in some A-list stars. Aanand plans to shoot the film,which is being produced by Eros,at Benaras and Allahabad as the movie is set in the Indian milieu. While the English version is titled Dear Friend Hitler,the Hindi version is titled Gandhi To Hitler.
