Silent Arjun has Congress talking

Union Human Resource Development Minister Arjun Singhs long silence is making many party colleagues uneasy. First the reason was presumed to be health. However,Singh has settled that matter by regularly attending office at Shastri Bhawan and spending an hour or two there,besides receiving a stream of visitors at home.
