ACP Arvind Mahabdi said, “In bid to quell the violent mob, we resorted to lathicharge. We are recording statements of the people involved in the incident and will arrest accused later.”
When contacted, Sarang Wadhwan, MD of HDIL, said, “None of our people were either involved in the incident today. The building was not damaged much. Only some glasses have been broken in the stone pelting. We hope the police will take some action in this regard.”
