  • Smile Foundation announces its foray into the European continent by establishing its base in London.

The Foundation will launch its London operations starting July 2009. Smile Foundation observed the apprehensions of Indian diaspora about the development sector. They have doubts that their donations may not be put to right use. The foundation intends to apprise them about the credible organisations involved in the development process.

The London operations will be the result of Smile Foundation strategic partnership with Childreach International (CRI), an international level development organisation working for children. The partnership will aim at harnessing the maximum utilisation and facilitation of programmatic support (resources, expertise and donations) into the welfare projects related with children and youth in South Asian countries and India.

The organisation will be providing a consistent platform to the Indian diaspora that has ample resources to be used in the development process.

The foundation envisions to be the only nodal development organisation in India and South Asian countries.
