A Samajwadi Party leader was shot at by two bike-borne assailants in the Loni area of Ghaziabad on Saturday morning. Police said the complaint registered by Ishwar Mavi, secretary of the local SP unit, said two persons shot at his SUV, but no one was injured.
17-year-old girl commits suicide
New Delhi: A 17-year-old girl allegedly committed suicide by hanging from a ceiling fan of her apartment in Southwest Delhi's Sagarpur area around 6.30 pm on Friday. Her parents were in Uttar Pradesh for a wedding, police said.
