Sports College team honoured

A felicitation ceremony was organised in honour of the Guru Govind Sports College Cricket Team which triumphed in the Polly Umrigar Trophy recently. Now the team will be representing the state in the zonal stage of the tourney to be played from November 25. The entire team was gifted sports kits by Ankit Jain,manager Pankaj Glass House,Ferozabad. Sports College principal/ director Nirmal Singh Saini also honoured the players and wished them luck in the tournament. Sports College team coach Deepak Sharma also graced the occasion.

SP Singh to be scorer
Lucknow’s SP Singh,who is a BCCI panel scorer,will be one of the scorers for the India vs Sri Lanka Test match to be held at Kanpur from November 24. In the past,SP Singh has done scoring in a number of national and international matches.
