The state had not got any specific intelligence reports warning about the terror attack, Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh said in Mumbai on Sunday. Deshmukh, along with Police Commissioner Hassan Gafoor and Chief Secretary Johny Joseph visited the hotel Taj, one of the sites of the terrorist attacks. "Probe is now progressing fast. Within two to three days the truth will be out," Deshmukh told reporters. "We had no specific tip about the attack," he said. The state government will strengthen the coastal security, he said. Gafoor, to a query as to why the operations at Taj and other places took so long, said, "Highest priority was to save the hostages." None of the terrorists is known to be working in Taj or Oberoi-Trident in the past, he said. He also said that there are no clues so far indicating local people's involvement.
