The state STF arrested two close aides of the most wanted gangster, Kaushal Chaubey, in Allahabad’s Khuldabad area. The aides have been identified as Arun Chaubey and Munna Chaubey. STF Deputy SP Jai Prakash, who arrested the duo, said Arun and his elder brother Kaushal were wanted for four murders that took place at the Ballia PWD office in 2004. Munna is Kaushal’s nephew. Arun and Munna are history-sheeters of Haldi police station, Jai Prakash added. Kaushal from Ballia district is on the run for the last 10 years and carries a reward of Rs 2 lakh on his head.
