The heat wave doesn’t seem to melt the ice between the PM and LK Advani. At an international conference here last week, they didn’t exchange a word for the entire one-and half hours of the programme despite sitting next to each other. Advani even seemed reluctant to stand for a group photo with Manmohan Singh until the organisers coerced him to. It was finally left to Singh to break the ice when he went up to Advani and exchanged courtesies before leaving the venue. The Iron Man refuses to bend?
