In his blockbuster Gaddar, Sunny Deol causes terror among the crowd which was about to attack him. But in real life, the Punjab da Puttar panicked after seeing hordes of people lined up to catch the glimpse of the star.

In Ludhiana on Sunday evening to campaign for SAD-BJP candidate Gurcharan Singh Galib, he was accompanied by jumping jack Jitendra.

Apprehending to be mauled by people, Sunny did not get out of his vehicle when he reached the city. Seeing the multitude of people, both the Bollywood stars preferred to stay inside the car and did not go on to the stage that had been set up for the filmstars to canvass for Galib. However, they come out of the sun-window of the car and waved to the overenthusiastic crowd.

The actors, who hail from Punjab, had been invited to the city by the SAD-BJP alliance to garner public support.

Even Galib’s appeals failed to cut any ice with the public. Finally, the actors left the place in the same car. The stars stayed in the Fortune Klassic Hotel while their stay was kept a secret.

This morning, however, some mediapersons managed to reach the hotel and later went to Punjab Agriculture University (PAU) from where the duo flew in a helicopter. The stars preferred not to speak much to mediapersons gathered at the campus.

Sunny Deol said, “I hail from this place (Punjab) and it’s always nice to come here. I have come here to campaign for SAD-BJP candidates as I am great friends with Sukhbir Badal.”
