The hearing on the application of Surendra Shetty,the father of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty seeking his passport back,concluded in the Fast-Track Court here on Wednesday. The court will pronounce its judgment on Saturday. Shetty had filed an application before the Surat District and Sessions Court on Monday,requesting the court to handover his own passport. He has contended that he wanted to go to the UK for some work related to his daughters marriage. He also wants to visit Far East for business. His lawyer Minesh Javeri said: Our request is genuine,as my client wants to go abroad for marriage purpose of his daughter. He has not violated any rule and regulation (after submitting the passport). We hope the judge orders to give his passport back.
