    HiBy: Kaushik | 31-Oct-2008 Reply | Forward A few nice points here.I also am aware of a few orgs that slow down the speed of Internet in order to discourage people from using the Net. However, this is counterproductive at best. If someone is looking to check that one mail before getting down seriously to work, a slow Internet will frustrate him to the point of disbelonging from the company.
