Swine flu toll reaches 88 in Ktk

The toll due to swine flu pandemic has risen to 88 in Karnataka with the virus claiming two more lives in Bangalore,health authorities said on Thursday.

Two men aged 31 and 36 years succumbed to H1N1 influenza in private hospitals here yesterday,the authorities said.

With 12 people testing positive for swine flu today,the total number of confirmed cases has gone up to 1,045,the authorities said,adding till date throat culture samples of 4,703 suspect cases have been analysed.
