  • The condition of Dr Saurabh, the resident doctor of Dayanand Medical College and Hospital, who is suffering from swine flu is stable. Disclosing this, Dr US Sooch, the district health officer, Ludhiana, said, “His condition is stable now and is under observation. Meanwhile, no fresh case of swine flue has been reported on Wednesday.” Dr Sandeep Puri, medical Superintendent of DMC&H, said, “Dr Saurabh is under the supervision of district health department and is being treated at his residence at Haibowal. He has been kept in isolation.”

It needs to be mentioned here that Dr Saurabh was attending to Kunal Karan, an 18-year-old suffering from Swine Flu, who was admitted at the Emergency ward at DMCH. Kunal, a resident of Chander Nagar, died on November 8.
