Sylvester Stallone inducted into International Boxing Hall of Fame

Actor Sylvester Stallone has added one more feather to his cap.

The star has been inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame – even though he has never had a fight.

Stallone,64,won an Oscar for his original 1976 movie about an underdog boxer who gets a title fight. It spawned five sequels.

“I never pretended to be a boxer,but I have an understanding of what goes on outside the ring,” the Sun quoted him as saying at the New York ceremony.

Ex-heavyweight boxing champ Mike Tyson,44,was also inducted into the Hall of Fame.
