  • The Question Hour was disrupted in the Lok Sabha for a short while on Friday when RJD leader Lalu Prasad Yadav asked the government to table the Liberhan Commission report.

As Lalu made the demand at the beginning of the Question Hour, he was immediately countered by BJP members Ananth Kumar, Gopinath Munde, Harin Pathak and Shahnawaz Hussain. Lalu was supported by Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav. As the ruckus continued, BJP members were seen pointing at former UP chief minister Kalyan Singh, seated next to Mulayam.

Speaker Meira Kumar first appealed to members to sit down and later announced that nothing except the remarks made by Congress member Vinay Kumar Pandey Vinnu while putting his question would go on record.
