Tata Group promises to bounce back from 2G scam

A top executive of the Tata Group on Friday said the group is annoyed by some of the recent developments related to the 2G scam where its name has figured along with some other corporates,but will bounce back since it has done nothing wrong.

It bothers us,but we will get back. We have done nothing wrong, said R Gopalakrishnan,executive director,Tata Sons,in an interaction with the media,adding that public action and governance in the public space will help address the issue of corruption appropriately.

Gopalakrishnan was speaking in the context of how the Tata brand has been perceived over the years,and the challenges it has faced in the recent times.
