Tata Housing has unveiled its luxury residential township Amantra in Thane.

“Over the last few years,this location has been witnessing unprecedented growth due to its proximity to important business hubs,swiftly emerging as one of most-coveted locations near Mumbai. But,it was missing a world class premium lifestyle address,which is now fulfilled with Amantra,” Tata Housing Development Company Managing Director and CEO Brotin Banerjee said in a release.

Spread over 22 acres,Amantra offers about 2,500 apartments,including 2 & 3 BHK homes,starting at Rs 40 lakh with a minimum size of 927 sq ft.

Tata Housing’s existing portfolio is well over 45 million sq ft in various stages of development in Mumbai,Goa,Chandigarh,Bangalore,Gurgaon,Pune,Lonavala,Talegaon,Chennai,Ahmedabad and Kolkata.

The company is in the process of expanding its projects to more tier I and II towns.
