Team Advani out to work wonders to accomplish ‘mission PM’

The team of backroom boys is led,as always,by Parindu Bhagat —- known more as Kakubhai,a long time associate of Advani in Gujarat and a loyal RSS worker. He will look after the job “assigned” to him,which is to take care of all matters relating to compliance with the poll code of conduct and has been made in-charge of overall supervision of the election work. Former AUDA chairman and sitting member of the Rajya Sabha,Surendra Patel,continues as the main strategist for Advani’s public meetings,rallies,and group meetings among others. He will take reports from all others on a day-to-day basis and the progress of respective jobs given to the rest of the team.

Dr Shashirajan Yadav has come a long way now as the man in charge of all modern communication techniques as the head of BJP IT Cell,right from sending group SMS,short films and compact discs. He has also been entrusted with the task of managing websites and blogs as well networking among Internet communities that support Advani as future Prime Minister.

Chartered accountant Yamal Vyas looks after the drafting and issuance of press releases concerning Advani’s campaigns,translation of his speeches and statements as well as arranging press conferences as and when needed.

Dr Jagdish Bhavsar along with Nimesh Joshi (ex-AUDA PRO),known for his record tenure as deputy chairman of the Ahmedabad municipal school board,is busy preparing the literature for leaflets,booklets and other campaign material.

Gaurang Patel,city general secretary of the BJP,has been given the responsibility of mobilising youth workers for public meetings and rallies. The “Team Advani” has been working wonders all these election years. This time,it is put on the litmus test,as for the first time,it is working for the prime-minister-in-waiting.
