Ten days of shoot left for Reema Kagti’s film

Vidya Balan,Naseeruddin Shah,Tusshar Kapoor and Imran Khan,who are presently shooting for Dirty Picture in Hyderabad,lost two days of shooting because of the Telangana strike in Hyderabad. Milan Luthria,who started shooting with his team on June 30,said that the delay meant coordinating the dates of the actors all over again,but as of now everything was under control and the shooting resumed on July 7 and will go on till July 30.

Chai Garam almost complete

Aditya Datt’s Chai Garam starring Govinda,Suniel Shetty,Celina Jaitly,Esha Deol and Urvashi Sharma has only five days of shooting left. The romcom-cum-thriller will have Govinda playing a Bengali,who has a phobia of hot tea,while Esha plays a nurse. According to Datt,he will shoot the last bit as soon as he can coordinate all the actors’ dates.

First look of Will You Marry Me being readied

The first look of Will You Marry Me is currently being worked on. The film has Rajeev Khandelwal,Shreyas Talpade,Muzammil Ibrahim,Celina Jaitly and Mugdha Godse. The story is about three friends who love their bachelorhood so much that the one who marries first will lose his share to a fund contributed by all three. The film was shot in Dubai,Bangkok and India,and is slated for a year-end release.

498A-The Wedding Gift in post-production

Suhaib Ilyasi (host of the crime show India’s Most Wanted) has made a film on the misuse of act 498A of IPC of 1860,the Indian law related to dowry cases. The film is titled 498A-The Wedding Gift and the cast includes Alok Nath,Farida Jalal,Supriya Karnik,Depak Tijori and Sushma Seth,while newcomers Haarsh Nagar and Shrishti Gautam play the leads. The movie which is produced under the banner of Aliya Productions Pvt. Ltd is currently in post-production.
