CHARGE: Mansoor was accused of receiving four co-accused in Dubai, securing arms and ammunition for them and arranging weapons training for them in Pakistan at the instance of absconding accused, Anees Ibrahim.

VERDICT: Fortunately for Mansoor, the confessions of the four co-accused name a certain Ahmed who received them but his identity could not be established clearly.
