As India prepares to vanquish the Maoists, it must also plug holes that enable them to procure arms from its neighbours.

    What should be done?By: Rohit | 29-Jun-2009 Reply | Forward Mr. Shekar, hope your article should concentrate on what are lapses (last 5 1 year), what needs to be done now and still Government failures to get act together including State Governments... Please do not list what is planned on paper by MMS Gov or to the likings of Congress...
