
As far as the financing for their businesses were concerned, all the young turks have different answers. “We both pooled in all the money that we had made whilst we were in college and borrowed some money from our folks as a loan and then started our business,” says Nigel.
Varun, on the other hand, says, “Everyone I knew was skeptical about the idea. So, I had to go in for a bank loan. It was hard initially to get things moving but they eventually did get started, and slowly but surely, business has been picking up. If not great, it has been steady and good.”
Kapil says, “Getting up on our legs was not smooth sailing, but the one thing that drove us on was our passion to see a small idea take shape and grow into a full-fledged business. “It’s important to give it your best shot and also, enusre that there are no second thoughts about it. No Plan B, as they say,” adds Mrinal.
