Renowned yoga-guru Yogi Ashwini's book Sanatan Kriya: Essence of Yoga and The Inner World was recently launched. Demystifying the workings of the inner world, the simple and extremely beneficial Sanatan Kriya brings the body to a state of balance. And only when the body is in balance can yoga be introduced. The kundalini force is then gently awakened which results in amazing experiences, divine visions, mantras, to name a few.
