Presently, India neither has the wherewithal nor has the political gumption to take what is necessary to project herself as a global power. Modernization is taking years with controversies in the procurement process. Defence Minister's admission of reliance of 70% arms import will not make India a powerful country. In the meantime, China and Pakistan are armed to the teeth to overun India in an eventuality. DRDO and other defence organization are performing below par and their production of arms lack quality despite the time taken. India is also very much behind Pakistan is missile technology and the LCA is a white elephant. Those in power and those who strive hard to occupy the seat of power must put India before their petty politics and work for a strong India. Will they do this at lest at this eleventh hours?

The modus operandi of the Pak Terror attacks on India, presage tehe same kinds of attacks on the US. The FBI knows that very well so they will not take it lightly. In fat India should marshall the help of Russia, even EU/Interpol..Allowing full access to the FBI has the following advantages.a. India can learn and benefit from FBIs expertise/experience in preventing terror by listening to terror "chatter".b. India can upgrade its security appartus by picking up the peices that are now mssing to make Indian's NIA effective.c. Pakistan cannot brush off India any longer when it knows the long arm of the FBI will be involved..d. India can plug int the US media for support. That has already happened after the 11/26 Pakistani sponsored Terror Attack.The hard work of the Home ministry and the collabortion withFBI has already paid off. Pakistan has already admitted what it has denied so far
