Maulana Faiyaz Latoori and Congress leaders Maksud Mirza and Kadir Pirzada, who were named in an FIR filed by poll officials for allegedly giving inflammatory speeches at a meeting of minority community members held at Tadkeshwar in Surat district on October 1, have filed anticipatory bail pleas in the sessions court here. The hearing on Pirzada's application has been kept on November 1.
