Making sure that their first anniversary is also a memorable one,Panchkulas Page 3 a trinity of restaurants from the Alchemist group has put together a bouquet of special spreads starting this Thursday. Beginning on a green note,Zazen,the fine-dining restaurant with a Far-Eastern menu,will host a tree plantation drive in its vicinity in the day,followed by a special karaoke night at Cafe Amor. The karaoke night will feature the Microphonics team,who will lead the way for the evenings jam session. Meaning,that you can sing to Rihanna while digging into a wide array of cafe food from around the world. Day two of the celebrations will see Cafe Amor roll out the dough for an educational cookery class for tiny tots,who will not only learn how to make healthy pizza,but will also get to plant herb saplings in the park area outside the complex. Friday night will also be a special one at Kebab Khan thats hosting a ghazal night with singer Kiran Kumar. Its also a good time to try their array of kebabs - with specialities all the way from Persia,Afghanistan,Pakistan,Awadh and Hyderabad. This year,we have designed a gamut of activities to catch the fancy of both young in age and those young at heart. Thereafter,ghazal nights will become a permanent affair every Friday,Saturday and Sunday nights, says Kushagra Nagrath,COO of Alchemist Hospitality. The grand finale of sorts is reserved for Saturday night at Zazen when the doors will open to the all-new lounge with a laser show. The social evening will also see Russian belly dancers perform to the tunes mixed by celebrity DJs Barkha Kaul and Bally. Post launch,Zazen will open every Wednesday,Friday and Saturday.
