Tigress dies in Bhopal’s national park

The problem in her kidney was reported on June 19 after conducting blood examination.

Her body was consigned to flames after post-mortem.

Shweta was born in the Van Vihar itself on September 20,2003.A tigress in the Van Vihar National Park here died late last night following problems in her kidney,official sources said today.

The tigress ‘Shweta’ stopped eating food since June 13 and refused to drink water for the last few days following which her condition worsened,the sources said.

The problem in her kidney was reported on June 19 after conducting blood examination.
