An Italy bow drew a No. 1 ranking and $4.3 million. Strong holdovers included Russia (No. 1 with $5.2 million,$20 million total),France (No. 1 with $3.6 million,$12.7 million total) and Germany (No. 1 with $2.7 million,$10.2 million total). A Japan opening is due Friday. Alice In Wonderland,at No. 2,took in $34 million from 53 territories.
