The wall of silence was pierced by wails from friends, relatives and well-wishers who had been waiting at the Kamte residence since early morning. Kamte senior, who had maintained his composure all this while, broke down after five minutes.

Kamte shot into limelight when he stripped and beat up Ravi Patil, three-time Karnataka MLA and a resident of Solapur, for violating loudspeaker norms during his birthday bash.

traitorsBy: govi | 28-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward Is it worth PM sacrificing the lives of our great Indians. Is this woman Sonia not ashamed of herself. She will have to pay for all her mischievous wrong doings. She cannot speak Hindi nor English to relate to our people. The government has failed miserably. Do you people have any feelings. You are opening roads for them to freely ride in. and now you condemn it . She is a cold blooded woman and hurting the majority and degraded us to the level of Paki foes. How can she be allowed to reign here. Well said Deepa and totally agree with your feelings. It is high time the Mumbaikars wake up against all atrocities and save it. Army should be brought in the capital and take over the government until and unless the nation is not secured. Stop issuing visa to these people who are being housed in mumbai in the mosques and the suburbs. The Army needs to deploy agents in all areas and please stop this Waha border fiasco it has no meaning. It is a shameful and senseless landmark.
Dont let Kamte's brave sacrifice go in vainBy: C. Deepa | 28-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward One Indira Gandhi died, and the congress wreaked havoc on the entire sikh community. One Rajiv Gandhi died, and the ban on the LTTE continues to this day. What will it take and how many Kamtes have to selflessly give up their lives before this useless, spineless party does something to avenge the ordinary Indian? Do they honestly believe that they're somekind of royalty and Our lives dont matter?? I salute the brave sacrifice of citizens like Ashok Kamte - this is the first time I have heard his name or seen television footage of him, and I cannot get him and the other brave defence personnel out of my mind. The thought of his son and family has left me choked ever since I heard this news.
our hero...By: archana | 28-Nov-2008 Reply | Forward may he rest in peace and GOD bless him and his family always
