Trader found dead in SUV in Noida

The body of a 38-year-old man was found in his SUV,parked outside Sector 15A in Noida on Wednesday night.

The Ghaziabad-based trader,identified as Gurdeep Singh,left his residence in Chander Vihar,Sahibabad,for work around 11 am on Monday. When he didnt return home in the evening,the family filed a missing persons report.

Gurdeeps body was found by his family members who tracked down his location using a mobile surveillance device. According to police,they found the SUV with its doors locked. The cause of death is yet to be ascertained,police said.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Shivram Yadav said Gurdeeps body was found on the front seat of the car.

Police said there was no visible injury mark on the body,no sign of attack and nothing was reported stolen. Police said it was possible he suffocated in the car. The post-mortem report,police said,was awaited.
