Actress Gwyneth Paltrow is all praise for celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

In her latest GOOP newsletter,the actress,37,says that she’ll be ‘forever grateful’ to Anderson for ‘kicking my sagging ass into shape’.

“Many of you may already know of my passion for the Tracy Anderson Method and my investment in it,” the Daily Star quoted Paltrow as saying.

“She has kicked my formerly sagging ass into shape.

“I will be forever grateful to her,” she added.
