Two persons were injured after they were attacked by two unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants who were looking for a bootlegger to buy liquor in Odhav area of Ahmedabad early Monday. One Haresh Kumar, who was passing by the area, was approached by the assailants who asked him as to where they could find a bottle of liquor. When Haresh told them he was not a bootlegger, the duo charged at him with a knife. When one David Parmar intervened to save him, the assailants stabbed him in his stomach several times and fled.
