ULFA has links with ISI, says govt

    The government on Tuesday said there were indications of ULFA links with Pakistan’s ISI. “Available inputs indicate that there are links of ULFA with Pakistan’s ISI. According to available inputs some ULFA cadres have been provided training of arms and explosions in Pakistan,” Minister of State for Home Affairs Mullapally Ramachandran said in reply to a question in the Lok Sabha.
