UP Admin pulls up Noida cops

The Uttar Pradesh administration held a meeting involving senior policemen to discuss the security measures to be adopted in the city,after the violent clashes in Greater Noida. DGP Karamveer Singh along with Principal secretary-home Bahadur Fateh met up with senior policemen,in Noida on Monday evening.

According to DGP,the incident in Bhatta Parsaul should have been taken up by senior Policemen and not left to fester and break into a violent agitation.

Protection of women and curbing thefts were two things on the agenda that they,he asked Noida police to look over.Meanwhile,the visit was seen as a routine check and security and patrolling was spruced up in Noida.

The DGP meetings for reviewing the security of state will be a routine affair.
