After grinning and flicking her hair at the audience as the host of Bigg Boss Season 2,Shilpa Shetty is set to return to the small screen with Zara Nach Ke Dikhas second season on Star One. This time around,however,she will be seen in the capacity of a judgeone of three on the show.
The actress,who recently married London-based businessman Raj Kundra,has been recently active on Twitter which is where she announced her entry on Zara Nach Ke Dikha. She wrote: Promised to tell u all first…Will b judging Zara Nach Ke Dikha on Star. Its official. The actress further says that they will start shooting for the show soon. Shettys publicist confirmed the news.
The channel confirmed that they have been in talks with Shilpa Shetty among others like Salman Khan,Saif Ali Khan and Farah Khan but they did not wish to comment on the development stated by Shetty on Twitter. We had finalised Farah initially but the plan fell through since our dates clashed with Tees Mar Khan going on floors. We are looking at having a renowned actor and a choreographer from Bollywood. But we cannot comment on the developments till all contracts are signed, said Vasudha Jha,VP,corporate communication,Star India.
Salman,who was also in the final stages of discussion with the channel,apparently had to backtrack as well since his contract with Sonys Dus Ka Dum prohibited him from being on Zara. Veteran choregrapher Ganesh Acharya,however,might be one of the other judges on the show.
