Batting first, Andhra Pradesh were bundled out for mere 50 runs in 19 overs. Rukmini scored 18 runs for AP. A. Khan picked three wickets for Chattisgarh. In reply, Chattisgarh achieved the target easily. A. Khan remained unbeaten on 17. In another semi-final match, Uttar Pradesh inflicted 60-run win over Maharashtra to storm in the final.
