US First Lady Michelle Obama tweets for first time

Obama did not tweet from a personal account,but from JoiningForces.

US President Barack Obamas wife Michelle Obama has reportedly tweeted for the first time.

The US First Lady posted her first tweet on her Twitter account,complete with a hashtag,a URL and her initials,and the White House commemorated the occasion with a blog post and a YouTube video,the New York Post reported.

Military families serve our nation too. Lets all show our appreciation by #JoiningForces with them, she tweeted.

Obama tweeted not from a personal account but rather from JoiningForces,which is an initiative to support military veterans and their families.
