Veena Malik goes missing

Pakistani actor Veena Malik has reportedly gone missing in Mumbai since Friday morning.

Pakistani actor Veena Malik has reportedly gone missing in Mumbai since Friday morning. Her manager said he has informed the Bandra police on Saturday but will wait for another 24 hours before filing a missing person complaint.

According to the manager Pratiek Mehta,the model-turned-actor was shooting for a Bollywood horror film,Mumbai 125 km,at Film City in Goregaon. Mehta said that Malik left in a car after pack-up on Friday and has not been reachable since then.

I received a missed call from her at 6.30 am on Friday. She knew she was supposed to report at Film City on Saturday morning but did not turn up. Her mobile phone is also switched off and we are unable to reach her, said Mehta.

I have been trying to contact her since yesterday,but have failed. I have approached the officials at Bandra police station and have sought help in finding the whereabouts of Veena.

However,Bandra police denied registering a missing person complaint for Malik. When asked Mehta said that they are waiting for her lawyer for help only after which he would file the missing complaint.
