After making a mark as a fashion designer, it looks like former 'Spice Girl' Victoria Beckham is now planning to take over the modelling industry by setting up her own agency.

The fashion designer who is known for her waif-thin figure is working on a deal to set up a New York modeling agency with her manager Simon Fuller, reported Daily Mail online.

The 35-year-old who is married to footballer David Beckham is in talks with Fuller to establish an organization that will scout for fresh modelling talent.

Fuller already has a 51 per cent controlling stake in Storm Models in London and he wants to set up a similar business Beckham who has become an international fashion icon.

"Simon knows that Victoria is very savvy when it comes to fashion. Simon’s first foray into fashion was to team up Roland Mouret and Victoria, which was a huge success. She is a key asset to Simon and he wants her to take on a major role," said a source close to Fuller.
