With the wedding season changing gears, city-based designer and stylist Rashmi Bindra is all set for the latest edition of her two-day wedding and trousseau exhibition. This time around Bindra has focussed on exotic jewellery and is hosting brands that bring in a motley mix of antique and contemporary designs studded with precious and semi-precious gems. "I wanted to address all budgets," says Bindra, who has been organising lifestyle shows for seven years now. At the preview of her exhibition, which saw a bevy of models led by Miss India finalist Aprajita Sharma showcase the bridal looks, Bindra remarked, "The bridal line-up will also include collections by well known designers such as Amit Kashyap, Karishma Singh from Jaipur who has previously exhibited at Bridal Asia show and Zephyr by Jyoti Khosla." A number of leading jewellers from the region are also a part of the show that is on at Taj Chandigarh till January 21.
