What is your fitness schedule?
I’m not much for fitness. In fact, in winters, I don’t do much at all. But I’m very particular about my swimming in summer. I’m a bit of a water baby. I try and swim everyday after work and I do it for 40 minutes at least. I also find it very therapeutic, after a long day at work.
What about gymming?
I can’t stand the gym. I find it very boring to keep running aimlessly on the treadmill. Though, I have tried gymming often, I don’t stick with it for long.
Do you follow a strict diet?
I generally have a hectic schedule, so I don’t starve myself. Since I socialise so much, eating out becomes necessary. To avoid that, I sometimes eat early at home. Anyway, I love home cooked food.
Do you have any weaknesses?
Sugar is my weakness. I’m not much of a fast food person, so I don’t dig burgers, pizzas and fries as much. I don’t even like fried food. But thankfully, I since I don’t enjoy it, there’s no craving either. But I can’t resist chocolate, desserts, gelatos, etc.
Do you try and compensate your cravings with any healthy food?
I have a lot of fruits, yogurt, juices. I also have a lot of water and drinks like nimbu-paani.
