Student Of The Year actress Alia Bhatt was slapped by her co-star and Murder 3 actor Randeep Hooda during the shoot of their new film Highway.

According to reports, the daughter of filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt took everything in the right spirit and was game to take the slap to make the scene look real.

Highway is directed by Imtiaz Ali of Love Aaj Kal and Rockstar fame.

Alia is currently shooting for 2 States, which is an onscreen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's novel of the same name, opposite Ishaqzaade Arjun Kapoor.
