    In her letter to the PM, the Rajasthan Chief Minister has also slammed the Manmohan Singh Government for shying away from the terrorism issue when a large number of lives were being lost in terrorist attacks.

    She pointed out that Rajasthan had been a target of such attacks with terrorists aiming to destroy communal harmony by hitting at Ajmer Sharif and then Jaipur city this year. She also took umbrage to the fact that the NIC meeting was taking place after three-and-a-half years.
